Hi everyone,

I am new to the group. I am scheduled for a breast reduction and
lift, as well as a tummy tuck, on Tues. January 25. I am xcited,
but also very nervous. My friends laugh at me because my biggest
worry is "how the heck and I going to wash my hair"? I was told no
showers for 12 days ... and my hair is REALLY oily. What has
everyone done? I've thought of purchasing (or renting if I could
find one) a hair shampooing tray ... one online that I was was $79
and I just don't want to spend that much.

After my surgery I am going to a post-operative care facility called
REcovery Retreat for 3 nights. I have 2 children (9-1/2 and 11-1/2)
and I thought this would be easier for everyone involved.

At what point will I fell well enough to get to the bathroom without
assistance? I am worried about who will care for me once husband
goes back to work on Thursday, February 3. My sister is not sure if
she can come here to help (I'm in CA, she's in OR). I have my birth
father, but I feel funny asking him to help me to the bathroom.
We've only known eachother 2 years and it's not like a parent that I
have grown up with. I do not have any other family members close by.

HOpe to hear back from others.

Simmy in Calif.
