Hello all!! I am a puertorican woman married to a wonderful black man
and we have 2 wonderful children a 3 yr old boy and a 1 1/2 yr old
girl! Growing up i never knew how to eally style my hair i put gell
in it and put it up in a ponytail and was out. So now that i have a
daughter, first of i want to be able to do her hair and it look good
and second i want her to learn how to do her own hair and not loose
that part of her African culture there are so many people these day's
(including me )that are loosing the culture and i dont want that for
my kids. Well antway i enrolled in the Universal class with Niki and I
am on lesson 2 and taking my time with that because since it is my
first time cornrowing it's taking me some time. I did my first
cornrow today on my daughters head and it was kind of sloppy but i'm
gonna keep practicing and hopefully get this down. Have a great and
