The best way to grow your hair and keep from damaging
it any further is to keep braids and no perms for a
while, that's your best bet. I can say that I have
been braiding my daughters hair since she was 6mos old
and she is now 5 her hair is down to the middle of her
back. When it's damage braids are your best friend
because your not doing anything extra that will cause
it to damage any further. French braids, Cornrows,
Singles. Try them all to see which will grow your
hair the fastest.
