Hi all!
Just a short vent…
Had two attacks, one Tuesday night and one Yesterday, so
still feeling quite yucky today even though I’m back at work. It all
started when I had to take the bus home and then stop at the mall close to us.
I was a little wobbly when I got off the bus, telling myself that it’s
not so bad and walked to the mall (about two blocks).. Got there, went to two
of the shops and when I wanted to go down the escalator, it didn’t work.
With a bunch of people behind me, I had to climb down, but those lines on the
steps made me dizzier… let’s just say I know that I walked
home, but how I actually got there without being run over, etc. is a
miracle. Went to bed directly, didn’t even have dinner and slept most of
yesterday (My mom was ill at home too and I was supposed to look after her…
she also slept most of the day, luckily). At least now, after about two and a
half hours the meds seem to start working again, I just hope I don’t need
to take the bus again this afternoon…
But the thing that really bugs me is how rude people were as
I was getting on and off the bus. I only took a second or two to try and steady
myself and they were pushing and shoving trying to get off… Probably
thought I was drunk or something…
Holding thumbs that the meds keep working and I don’t
get one again today. Will try and keep spirit up! (And thank God that I made it
home safely) Just goes to show that the one time you go to the shops alone…
maybe it’s Murphy’s Law J
Thanks for letting me vent… just hope the people at
work believe me L
