Thank you for your replies. I am new at this illness, and it is nice to to ask
questions of someone who wont think I'm stupid. I plan on going to the exercise
class tomorrow. I enjoy reading all your emails and am interested in hearing
about the ways that you cope.
I am interested in the low sodium diet, do you have favorite recipes? do you
have tips for a newbie? Thanks again. Roberta

salt water pool, that is, they do not use chlorine but salt as the primary
chemical. Salt is, after all sodium chloride. It is a very pleasant pool with no
chlorine smell or burning of eyes. I am wondering if salt can be absorbed into
the skin. I have been going to that pool for 10 years. I have only been having
MM symptoms the last 6 months.I truly enjoy the exercise program.

question, but the idea that i am contributing to my MM attacks is in the back of
my mind. What do you think? Roberta
