Hi JoAnna!<br><br>Okay here goes. I am Kristi, I
am 26 years old from Springfield Illinois, I have
been married for 6 years to my wonderful husband
Aaron. We have 2 sons, Hunter 5, and Dakota 3. I was
diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome in January,
originally we thought that it was the hyperflexibility type
but I had a biopsy taken and I haven't yet received
the results from that test, I suspect that it will
show that I have the classical type. I believe that my
mother also has EDS, although she has never been
formally diagnosed. I have been on short term disability
leave from work since March, trying to come to terms
with the double whammy that I received in January,
losing our third child at 8 weeks pregnant and being
diagnosed with EDS one week later. <br>My symptoms at the
moment include, back and neck and joint pain,
hyperflexibility in all joints, dislocating left hip, subluxating
vertebrae in back and neck, tumors on feet, mitral valve
prolapse, depression, and fatigue.<br><br>My treatments
right now are, a torso brace, silver ring splints for
all finger joints (if we can ever get them fitted
properly), foot orthotics, medications are celebrex,
flexeril, paxil, topical is salonpas muscle mousse (great
stuff!)<br><br>I would be happy to answer any questions that I
know the answers to!
