belive it. Telling someone close to you also helps belive it or not they may
understand. One of my big issues is not being able to say no to people for
anything then regreting it, then off to gambling. I've sorta learned not to
put myself in that position. Any stumbling blocks I have to deal with in life
are still not easy but I have come to find that gambling does not help anyone or
make anything better.

I've tried to control my gambling, that was a big mistake. I've learned that
even more control is needed to stay away completly. Do not set any big goals
other than staying away from it one day at a time and resolve any issues in your
life slowly.
