New to group

Hi! I'm new and wondering what the group is like and whether there
are others like me here at all. I'm a 40's something professional
woman trying to stop gambling -all kinds. My downfall is craps at
the casino in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. Do people communicate much in
this group? Are there other good resources that anyone knows
