Hi Ashleigh...sure wish I could attend some of these. They sound so informative. Did you get your T-shirts in yet? Do you think you could drop one in the mail to me? A size large? I'd like to see how they turned out.

Subject: [communityfoodandgardennetwork] What is happening at the meeting! We have a special treat this meeting! In addition to the informative and inspirational tour of Focuscorp,Susan Boltd will be talking about a community venture that that uses food as a way of reviving the past and bringing people together. Susan is currently working on an exciting project to reintroduce and celebrate Italian Heirloom varieties of vegetables. She will talk about her long range goals that include people creating taste memories to be passed on to future generations, and a harvest potluck. Susan will be giving away a few of heirloom plants and seeds to broadan community participation. It's a great way to learn about the history of the plant or seed you take home!We also will have red Canas bulbs (I hope that is spelled correctly!) for you to take.We hope to see you on Monday!!
