Hi Ashley-
I would be interested in helping out with a youth gardening session. The only hitch is that I will be out of town for the month of February. So, I don't think I can be the lead person, but I can certainly be there to answer questions and say some things about Troy.

We are looking for someone or a group to do a breakout session about children/youth/school gardening. This can be in whatever format you would like, could only focus on one aspect or all, and can be one breakout session or two. Please volunteer yourself!!Some breakout session leaders that we already have lined up are Missy Lubich from Oakwood Village and Crystal Stewart for Hort Therapy, Lauri Lee from the Madison Herb Society, Randy Gates and Marlin Nissen from Outta The Box about permaculture and No Work Organic Gardening, Theresa Shroeder from Focuscorp for activities from the Garden, . I have contacted George Drekman from city recycling for composting but have not heard anything back. We might be able to get some Hmong gardening. The Rough Draft Agenda1:30-2:00- Welcome and Ice Breaker2:00-2:55- First Keynote Speaker-Gene Rothert2:55-3:05- Break3:05-4:00- First Break out session4:00-5:00- Networking and Eating5:00-5:55- Second Keynote Speaker-Debra Engle-Wehr5:55-6:05- Break6:05-7:00- Second Breakout Session7:00-7:30- Wrap Up
