Hi all,
The following is a recipe for some cookies that people
really seemed to enjoy at the Power of Plants
conference this past October. They are pretty basic
and easy. Enjoy and Happy Holidays,
Beth

VISTA Beth’s Chocolate chip cookies – (The secret in
making these taste so delicious is to bake w/care
using as many organic ingredients as possible. The
chips are in bulk at Willy St Co-op.)
2 ¼ c all purpose flour, 1t b.soda, 1t salt, 2 sticks
butter, ¾ c granulated sugar, ¾ brown sugar, 1t
vanilla, 2 eggs, 1 ¾ c milk chocolate chips
Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate
bowls. Combine mixtures. Shape. Bake at 375 F for 20
min. or until slightly brown.
