Avoiding
Burnout and Compassion Fatigue—October 25th and November 1st 6:30-9pm at
Christ Presbyterian Church
No matter
what your work is, no matter how your life is set up, you may be subject to
feelings of burnout. Whether we’re juggling soccer schedules and a
breast-feeding baby or an entire county’s food program, we all experience
various kinds of burnout on occasion. They have common sources and there are
common ways to deal with it. This is a workshop for everyone. Come share your
experiences and take home useful tools for preventing and addressing “burnout”
and “compassion fatigue.” Rae Atira-Soncea and Rebecca Krantz
will guide this workshop. Applications
are due TODAY!!!!
Thank you for your great work growing the grassroots!
Peace,
amy
