An old friend, Sara Christopherson, contacted me about donating free
flower flats (annuals mainly) from Klein's Greenhouse to community
gardens. Please contact her if interested: scchristophe@...
She's doing this as a project to encourage local garden centers to
not throw away plants but pass them on. She requests that: the flat
trays be set aside so she can return them to Klein's and, if
possible, you drop Klein's a line/note/post card showing your
appreciation for their community donation.
