Thanks so much John! It looks like an excellent recipe and I've heard people rave over tomatillo salsa. Feel free to share any other recipes! ~Ashleigh

Tomatillo Salsa
Chop and dice together:
1 pt. tomatillos
1/2 cup red onion
jalapeno peppers (2-4 or to taste)
1/2 bunch of cilantro
The proportions are entirely a matter of taste, but
the result will be an unusual and exceptionally tasty
salsa verde that everyone seems to enjoy.
