This will be a fun bi-cultural event for all gardeners including Spanish and English speakers.

Jim is an unusual and very lively professor of horticulture.  He is bilingual, extremely knowledgeable

 about vegetables, and committed to making UW a resource for all in Madison.

 Jim will bring his big fiery chile roaster, and entertain and inform during

 a roasting demonstration and vegetable Q & A.  FREE.
