Thanks for your response! It looks like I already have a group lined up to sort seeds, but I will let you know if we will need additional people. As far as hosting a future CFGN meeting, I am very interested in setting this up with you. Our next meeting will either be Monday, February 7^th or 14^th from 4:00-6:00pm. Since the 14^th is Valentines Day, I'm guessing that the group will vote on the 7^th. But if you want to check on those dates and let me know before Monday if one or both work, then I can let the group know at the meeting.

Hi Dawn,

 

Has a date been set for this? I might be able to get some master gardeners. Also, I'd be happy to provide a meeting spot here at the Extension office sometime, but can't do it for the 10th as I will be getting set up for a talk I am giving across town at that time. Let me know if other dates are available and I will see about reserving a room.

WANTED: a group of 5-8 volunteers for 2.5 hours sometime during the month of January.

 

Olds Seed Company just donated 8 boxes of vegetable and flower seed packets for the community garden program at CAC! But before we can distribute them to gardens throughout Madison, we need to plan a seed sorting party.
