Dear Ashleigh-
Stop the presses! Whoa pardner!
This is still part of that expansion that
I was talking about not doing to keep us legal and small.
Anything that is not a continuation of prior
existing activities is either an expansion or a new project.
This will cause flags! You need to
backpedal with CFGN and say that there will be an opportunity for community
gardeners and youth service plots to donate to this year’s fall garden food
donation pickup. Apologize for “sending out a draft” by
mistake and re-send an approved edited version, OK?
We will need to drop all the extras like
flowers to hospitals, etc. as an organized part of this event unless we get
permission, too.
(If others outside of CAC want to organize
and do this on their own that is their business but CAC cannot be behind it.)
Work with me on a new announcement and
everything else related to public information so we can still do this. Slow down
on the WORT- don’t send it!
Starting Friday you will need to clear it
all through

****ATTENTION****
This is a notice to all of our CAC
contacts that our internet provider has added "backend security"
in response to the masses of EMAIL VIRUSES. If you reply
or send an email to our cacscw.org domain and it comes back to
you, it is because your Internet Provider does not have a REVERSE ENTRY
established on their server. If you get a bounce back message you
need to forward it to your internal IT staff person so s/he can follow this
link, http://support.chartermi.net/blocked.html, to have the problem corrected.
Thank you.

Sept. 11th food and flower donation day
Hello- We are planning a food and flower
drive for Sat. Sept. 11th. It would be great if all of the
gardens were involved in this, especially the children's gardens and some of
the raised beds. It is being organized by CAC's Foods and Gardens
Divisions. We can pick up directly from your gardens, and we are working
on finding a spot that could be designated a drop-off. All of the food and flowers will be
distributed to the 36
We invite you to participate in this food
and flower drive. Please call me or email me and we can arrange a pick-up or
drop-off.
I will be sending out more information soon.
Have a wonderful day, can
you believe the trees are already changing! ~Ashleigh
