It covers the basics, too bad it does not offer any further help. Just be
thankful he is a US vet with ptsd, not canadian. I lost all benifates
recently, and with no coverage, no benifates, and no income it's hard living
on EI and trying to pay support to a ex who helped to aggrivate my ptsd.
