RE: [colostomy] Reconnection problems?

Hi Carla and Lonnie
After my reversal I had trouble going to the bathroom too and so started
taking 2 colace stool softener tablets a day (one in the morning and one in
the evening)...and I also drink a full glass of water with one teaspoon of
metamucil mixed in it in the afternoon. I have been doing that every day
(and am still doing that!) and it really seems to help me!
Karen
