Hi, I hate to hear of your frustration. I actually had my reversal in october, but still had some good advice. Before i put my bag on. I got a hair dryer and dried the area really well, then cut the hole then took some paste and out a thin layer around the hole on the bag or sometimes around the hole directly on the skin, then take the bag and hold pressure. I am not sure if this will work but its worth a try. Does he have a colostomy or ileostomy? I irrigated when I had mine and it was awesome. Went all day with just a mini bag on and didnt have any output for 24 hrs . The irrigation took 45 min a nite, but it was worth not to worry about any output during the day.. If you have any questions please feel free to write.

We desperately need help. My husband just had a colostomy the 2nd of
November, and we cannot get it to quit leaking. It's an inn-y due to
his anatomy. We are using Marlen convex bags, a little adhesive, and
it always leaks at one spot by his belly button. We finally tried
some skin bond, which didn't work the first night, but I changed the
bag the following morning, and really put pressure on it, and so far,
it's lasted without leaking. Does anyone have any suggestions for
something we haven't tried??? Thank you so much for any input.
