Hello, I am new to this group. I had a colostomy for a while when I
was fifteen. I was shot in the stomach and had to have several
operations. Having to go to school with the colostomy was an everyday
frightful experience. But, I think I am a stronger person for having
gone through that. I just have never talked to anyone who has/had one
before and would like see how it has effected others
