Ken:
In fact I do not have any problems with constipation. You are exactly
correct, but I'm still a rookie colostomate (31 July 06) and I'm still
trying to learn what I can eat and what I can't eat. I also had a
sigmoid colostomy, but was told that mine is reversible. I'm counting
down the days to reversal and hoping that it isn't false hope, if that
makes any sense.
I still take the fiber, just a lot less and not as often. maybe 1
teaspon every 3-4 days.
Cheers,
Kevin

though she takes a stool softener.......As an afterthought,

open. Do you have any response about?.......Ken
