Jon,
I've had my colostomy for 3 years now. My life is so much better now than it was
before. The
patterns & habits for working with the colostomy took a little time to develop,
but are now 2nd
nature. The ET nurses have been very helpful.
I've found a support group (http://www.ostomy.evansville.net/) that has a lot of
information. If
you go there and use their search facility you should find a lot of information.
