Hi Winnie,
I read alot on the internet about irrigation and I have to admit I
was scared to try it, but a couple of weeks ago I made an appt. with
my stoma nurse and she walked me through the whole process and it
wasn't that bad. I have some things going on right now, but I plan
to start irrigation just as soon as i get those done. It wasn't bad
at all and trust me i'm not into pain so if it was bad i wouldn't be
doing it...lol
Good Luck,
Dee
