It take a while to get thing going the way you would like them too. It's
almost 3 1/2 years since my colostomy and I am still looking for new things
that help life to be more normal. My advice is don't just talk with one
ostomy nurse or doctor. The more people you talk to the better the chance
are of find the help you need to get your life under control.
