i am 29 years old male from Jordan i live now in Kuwait and i had my colostoy surgery before 22 years i think i have a huge experience in how to deal with problem related to colostomy , so do not feel shame to ask me any thing you need and consider me like a brother or aclose friend .
what i can tell you now that it will take some time to handle this issue but the most important thing is to deal with your community as a healthy person and do not let any one to feel mercy after you ,
