Hello

I am new to this group. I recently had surgery to remove my colon and
rectal area. I am wearing the colostomy bag and I feel uneasy about
not being able to control the passing of gas through my stoma. Does
anybody have any suggestions to reduce the sound? I know the diet has
a lot to do with it, and I try very hard to follow a diet that does
not produce gas.
