Hi Irene, I read your post and I just want to send regards and hugs to you
whishing you a remision for any tumor you may have, lungs and colon.
I remember how hard a car ride was for my dad too, every bump was a pain for him
and us. I try to imagine how hard it is, so posting is one of the less important
things for you now.

was in the hospital for 10 days because I had an air leak around the lung
somewhere so I had to have a chest tube and oxygen until the leak fixed itself.
I am still having some pain and I still have the sores that are trying to heal
where the tubes all were. I guess the are healing from the inside out. I get
really winded when I shower and if I try to do to much. A car ride is hard
because every bump brings pain to my chest and back. This was laparoscopy
(spelling) surgery but I was in the operating room for 6 hours and they must
have done a job on me. The good news it was stage one lung cancer so no follow
up treatment for that. Now I just have to worry about the stage four colon
cancer. Sorry I have not posted, I have been reading all the posts and I get so
depressed sometimes that I can't reply. We have lost so many people that it
just makes me so sad.
