C. You Have What It Takes
If you cannot believe in yourself, you cannot expect others to. A humble yet confident belief in ones abilities is prerequisite to ones progress.

D. Overcome Self-Pity
Self-pity is a powerful negative force that can paralyze your inner person. It leads to the fear of failing and the fear of attempting anything. Always think that you are a victor and not a victim even in difficult times.

I firmly believe that employees are hired so that the company can profit. They were not hired to be happy. However, having a happy environment can help people work better compared to a stiff or threatening environment.

D. Listen to Your Team
Listen to your team. It builds loyalty and motivation. A team leader who listens will gain respect from the team. Team members who know that their leaders listen to their ideas and feedback will be more motivated.

E. Recognize Your Team Members
There are different ways to recognize your team member aside from plaques and trophies. Learn a few very effective ways to show recognition to your team.
