Hi there Conch, how old is Abby now? Do you have
any photos of her in the dreadful hip spicas? Isn't
it a nightmare at the time you are going through all
this? But when you come thru the other end you wonder
how you've coped. Our daughter Sophie wasn't
diagnosed until 7 months old, but is now 22 months and
running around like nothing happened! She has one more
operation to go this year in September, to have the metal
pin taken out of her femur. So we are dreading that
because obviously she is more aware of hospitals now,and
what they might do to her. But I'm sure we'll all get
