Hello everyone,

Thank you for your encouraging thoughts & comments. It was
heartwarming to see while we were in the hospital.

Caroline ended up having an open redux, adductor tenotomy and pemberton
osteo. on her left hip. Right one's ok for now, at least.

She did very well, surgery was almost 6 hours but she has been a star.
Pain has been controlled very well. We came home yesterday afternoon
and are trying to get settled in. She has been sleeping great, I think
she's glad to be in her own bed. We're having trouble figuring out
where to put her as she is casted pretty flat. Bean bags not working
very well, she slides right out unless we lean her far back.

All in all, glad it's over (the op that is). We'll just take it one
day at a time!

Melissa
