Hi Eilanna & Janna,

Thanks for the advice regarding post hip spica. Sorry to hear that you both had
such a hard time but glad that it has resolved itself.

It's good to hear advice from people that have been through it. We are due an
appointment in a few weeks with the consultant so we will wait until then ...

Regards

Martin , Eve & Abigail...

Hi,

My daughter who has just turned 6 was exactly the same her leg that
was operated on was a bit longer as well but it has now sorted it's
self out, it takes time but will rectify it's self so there is no need
to be concerned. She took just over five months to walk after her op
and spicas. You are lucky that you only had 12 weeks of it we had
just over 2 years of harnesses, braces and spicas.

Anyway like I said it will sort it's self out so don't worry too much
about it.

Eilanna & Janna.
