(DDH sufferer, birth-13 years)
Hi everyone,

My name is Catriona and my daughter, Cassidy was diagnosed late with
bi-lateral DDH at 18mths, despite our expressed concerns about her
hips. She had a closed & open reduction with bone graft & ligament
lengthening, followed by 6 months in a spica. Several years later at
about 6/7 years she had a bi-lateral femoral osteotomy with
traction. At 12 years old she had a Triple Pelvic Osteotomy. She's
now 13 years old and doing well so far.

We live in Australia and I have a support group just like this one

Children/). Feel free to pay it a visit & join, but please don't
leave or stop posting in this group!
