Hi Sara
Welcome. I don't have any advice regarding older children, but if you check out
the following websites you may find more information.
www.steps-charity.org.uk
www.hip-baby.org
Both the above sites have forums. Maybe there will be other members has had a
similar experience.
Take care and let us know how you get on.

Subject: [Clicky Hips Club] Advice needed.
I am mum to a little boy who is nearly 4 and we have, to cut a very
long story short, discovered that he has a clicky left hip. I had
been sure that his tip-toe walking, wobbly gait etc were not due
to 'weak ankles' as we were told. He has worn supportive footware
for 3 years with no improvement. I felt the clicking myself whilst
playing trains!! Does anyone have experience of late diagnosis? I am
preparing myself for the worst, anything else is a bonus!!
Thanks Sara.
