We had a doctor's visit recently and her hip looks good. She stillhas
to wear her brace when sleeping but it does not bother her. She is
rolling over and trying very hard to sit up. She is almost 6 months
and I think she will not be behind in her developement. We do not have
to go back again for 2 months. Yeah! No word on how long she will have
to wear it at night but that is Ok at least the day she has free time.

For those of you new moms the trouble adjusting to sleep is normal.
The odd thing is the doctor never mentioned it. That is why this group
is so good. We can help each other. Faith is almost 6 months and has
been in various casts, brace etc since she was 2 weeks and she is just
now sleeping through the night. She cried alot with the cast and when
they took it off her skin was raw. So just keep loving on them and it
will pass.

Faith is getting so big people at church cant believe it. She does not
look like she has had any problems. But she does keep her legs apart
in the position of the brace even when she is not in it. I guess she
will do that until she starts using her legs more.
