Hello

My daughter Jessica had a closed reduction when she was 5 months
old. She came out of night splints on her first birthday. We have
been having regular x rays every 3 months then 6 months then 9
months. On our last check up 2 weeks ago the x ray showed she had too
much bone or gristle on the outer side of her left hip. The
consulant said we now need to come in for the day to have dye
inserted to show exactly whats going on. He would not discuss
anything else with me , he said wait until the results of the a????
(I can't remember the correct name of the dye test) come back. Has
this happened to anyone else, what should I expect to happen? I am
getting really worried now. The consulant said it was urgent and it
will be within the next 2 months. I forgot to say Jessica is now 3
and 4 months old. Might she have to go back in plaster?. If anyone
knows anything I would be glad to hear from you. many thanks Tracey.
