Hi Susan
I don't think it would do any harm getting your nephew checked out. Uneven
creases can be a sign though. My daughter didn't put any weight on her legs but
that was because we were told not to and she was diagnosed quite early at 8
weeks.
I wish your nephew lots of luck and don't forget to keep us posted.
Take care
Sara x

Subject: [Clicky Hips Club] Regarding Nephew
Hi everyone
As my daughter was a "late diagnosis" at age 2 1/2yrs old, I'm asking
for advice regarding my little 81/2 month old nephew to those of you
who's babies were diagnosed early.
My sister is worried as her baby boy seems unable to take much weight
on his feet. Obviously she's aware of my own daughter's condition and
this is uppermost in her mind.
The doctor has looked at him and told her he'll check him again at 10
months old but obviously she's not willing to leave things any longer
than is necessary.
Did anybody else find this with their babies at this age before
diagnosis, that they wouldn't take weight on their feet either?
Would be grateful for any advice on this one.
Thanks
Susan
