better to be safe than sorry...
Don't worry about appearing to be paranoid, you have to do what you
think is best for your daughter.
My daughters right hip socket hadn't formed at all and this wasn't
discovered until she was 16 months old, it never seemed to cause her
any pain and she was walking by the time she was 1.
