Hi everyone and thanks for the advice.
I phoned the hospital in Birmingham where she was being treated and
explained the situation to the orthopods. THE EARLIEST APPOINTMENT
she can have is in August when they will do an xray?????. Needless to
say im discusted. The hospital she is under do not carry out
ultrasounds on babies either and the consultant who she saw although
very lovely is an adult orthopeadic surgeon....
I took jess to see a vasular surgeon at the local childrens hospital
on monday because her left arm goes icy cold and all the viens come
up jet black and she screams in pain they think she may have either a
blockage in her heart, an extra rib which is cutting off the
circulation or a medical condition. The poor thing was so brave and
had to have 5 blood tests and an xray to see if they could see any
abnormalities and she has to have an ultrasound of her heart,a MRI
and a thing where they put dye in her viens. With all this worry i
stupidly forgot to ask for her to see one of their orthopods so when
she goes back next week im going to ask. Nobody says what anquish
children cause do they,and to top it all i had to strt work again
today and leave her with a lovely childminder.
