This is a private email list and web-based group for family members of individuals living with an intellectual disability.

We are based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, but anyone from Manitoba (or anywhere else) is welcome to join.

- RESOURCES (add it to the resource section)
- ISSUES
- SUPPORT (let us know if you need support in your advocacy efforts)
- SOCIAL OCCASIONS (if you feel like going on for coffee
- QUESTIONS (Ask the group any questions you may have ... remember, there is no such thing as a dumb question.)

We’re hoping it will be a supportive place where we can all share what we know and what we've found to be useful for us and for our family members. (You can also make some great friends along the way!)
