Tai Chi Ch'uan (Taijiquan)is a Martial Art based on the Chinese Classics teaching of Taoist philosophy. Through the gentle movements of Tai Chi, one gradually learns to become more in touch with the natural movements and energies of the body and one's relationship with the world, ourselves, and each other. Your instructor for these classes has been studying for over twenty years with students in the Cheng Man Ch'ing (Zheng Man Qing) style. In this class you will lean the 37 posture solo form. Instruction including sensing hands and Tai Chi Sword form is available after completion of the solo form.
