Dear Claudio,
For sinuses it is not only urine therapy which
works.
If you learn yoga, Pranayama (Breathing practise)
and meditation
will even be more effective.
For Nose, we have in India a special vessels with
spout.
Once the vessel is filled with urine, the Nosal
or the spout is placed on
the nostril after bending
the head 90 degree horizontal so that urine
passes through the spout into
the nostril.
By doing so the urine passes through one nostril
and comes out from the
other nostril.
Same is repeated with the other side of the nose.
Ideally this process should be learnt from an
expert yoga teacher.
This process is called Jal Neti (Water
cleansing).
With Urine Therapy, instead of water we take warm
urine.
I hope the process I have written is quite clear.
If there is anything which you have not
understood you may write back
to me.
Regards,
Sudarshan

P.S.: the experience of using my own urine to bath my sinus was
terrible and I had to abandon the proyect because I felt very bad
