Hello Dustin,
Your test made me think and that's why I concluded that question 3 was about an
ideal situation, and therefore maybe reflecting the position one would crave to
have. From this place I would like to say that it is great that you come up with
such a thing. We both share curiousity, maybe our arguments differ..:)))) My age
is 63 and it would be very "UnAdlerlike" to look down upon less experienced
and/or younger persons.
I know that your kind of test is used in the cognitive therapy model of Aaron
and Judith Beck. I advise you to read them too. You'll find that there are
large similarities between Individual Psychology and their Cognitive model.
As far as I know Adler never used any kind of test. He trusted his "clinical
view" and he adapted his conclusions continuously during any interview with
clients.

For me the "bible"that I love to use is the book by the Ansbachers: The
Individual Psychology of Alfred Adler. ISBN : 0-06-131154-5 from Harper & Row,
publishers.
By the way "wrong ideas" could be wrong, and/or just the result of a lack of
information..:))) So do not bother!!!.
Paul
