Yea Paul, you bring up quite a point. Although I kind of disagree with
question 3 being an "ideal" rating, I agree that you have pretty much
found a possible "loophole" to put it lightly. I think that for the
most part this technique would work, because with many people their
rating for question 5 would show their perception of the norm of their
particular group. But I must say that the situation you have brought
up made me think for quite some time and I am not sure I can justly
defend my position.
Now I'd like to mention something that may give you, along with other
people in this group, a reason to somewhat "look down" on me, for lack
of a better term. I am actually 17 years old and a junior in
highschool. I may not seem like I would have much knowlage in such a
subject, but I would like to say I have read 3 books on individual
psychology and a book on Freud. So I hope this won't affect your view
on me too much and I hope to continue posting in here and having
discussions. And I appologize for any lack of knowlage or defending of
"wrong ideas" lol.
