Hello Renie,
My name is Paul Miedema, I am from the Netherlands and studied quite
a lot on Adlerian theory. I do not know whether there is a specific
article about badgering (I believe the English expression
is "bullying"). Yet according to Dreikurs I think bullying is an
expression of goal 3: Revenge. As you know Dreikurs stated that
children might follow one or several goals when they misbehave. So in
my mind the bully follows mainly goal 3, whereas the victim might
somehow follow goal 4, display of inadequacy, because he or she does
not feel competent enough to defend his or her own rights and
selfesteem.
I suggest you read the material from Dreikurs. I translated one of
his books into Dutch which could be more accessible for dutch
readers.
I hope this helped you a bit.
Paul
