Hello Paulina,
There should be quite a few tests that measure things
like "Insufficiency" or "Competence". Mostly these tests are
personality questionaires. Feelings of Incompetency or Insufficiency
are, in my view, "Feelings of Inferiority". There are specialised
publishers that publish these kind of tests.
