hi michele,

living in israel, there are lots of mental problems due to the situation and
because of that a lot of people go and seek help from psychologists, here,
anyone who has been in an explosion gets mental health care , (if they want).
more so seek help as all are sons go to the army and its no games. lots of
parents live in a continuoes situation of tension as children go out in the
morning to shool with the bus, and some just never come back,
3 of my children were in bomb explosions at 2 different places and believe me, i
dont know how they survived,

we have in israel two ascolas of adler, both on a very high standard, though one
of them specifies in victims of terrorist attacks.

In my country the mental health centres are engaged in the mental health care.
These centres are public services which many people ask assistance In these
centres work psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, social assistants ,
sociologists . These operators very often work “in équipe” collaborating in
different way at cure and assistance of mental illness, by projects and other
kind of activities. They sometimes in their work become “unaware adlerians”
because, without a deep knowledge of Alfred Adler and his theories, allow anyone
who has any mental illness to become part of community and give him an ability
to cooperate. In Italy as you know, there are not asylums and Our services are
engaged very much in prevention and territorial work . Very often we follow a
lot of patients at their home by counselling and pharmacological therapy.
Unfortunately we have some difficulties to face the crisis management , because
there are few structures where facing and treating agitated
patients.
I'll be very interested to know something about the management of mental healt
care in your countries
