RE: [cinnfp] hot flashes

I'm not sure if it's related to fertility. Keep in mind that your hormones
fluctuate for about a year after you give birth, so that could be the cause
of your hot flashes. Since you've had to stop nursing, though, your
fertility could be returning. I would try to speak with your instructor to
help you interpret your fertility signs during this confusing postpartum
period.

Can hot flashes be a sign of returning fertility? I am almost 5 months
postpartum. Sadly, I had to stop nursing so I keep anticipating things will
begin. But aside from the hot flashes, I have no other signs. I don't ever
remember having this when fertility returned with my other 3 kids. Maybe
part of the problem is that I've stopped nursing, tried to reintroduce,
stopped again, reintroduced...maybe my body is confused.
