I read about this as well, and I hate how the media try to scare everyone.
The guy in Denmark had been taking Tamiflu continuously to try to prevent
H1N1, so the doctors contribute that to the reason why he is resistant to
Tamiflu now. Also, he is recovering fine.
Pregnant women and people with respiratory illnesses, such as asthma and
allergies, have always been high-risk for any type of flu. That is why the
regular flu vaccine is always recommended for these groups.
This article, while written in such a way as to cause fear in those who
don't know better, has revealed nothing about H1N1 that isn't already
associated with seasonal flu.
I really wish the media would take a little more responsibility with their
journalism. I get so angry when I see people getting upset because the
media is causing panic when there is no need for it.

some things in the article that stood out "The CDC and the World Health
Organization also warned that pregnancy itself may be a risk factor for
contracting H1N1."
"a new report from the CDC revealed how one patient from Denmark is
infected with a strain of H1N1 swine flu that it resistant to Tamiflu."
"Centers for Disease Control said respiratory conditions such as
allergies or asthma or even heart disease, may put a person at a higher
risk."
eek, i didn't know allergies could??? good grief! also please pray for me. i
am sick with fever and runny nose, slight cough, extreme fatigue. of course
i am trying not to freak out. and no even with h1n1 in our area i haven't
been tested yet and don't plan to be unless i get worse.
