Fenugreek is supposed to be good for milk supply...you can buy it as a tea, usually sold as "Mother's Milk" or a similar name. I've been drinking it to help me...

Please contact a local La Leche League leader or lactation consultant ASAP if regaining your milk supply is an immediate need. I would say drink LOTS of water...
